Needed a tire at 930pm after work and they were the only tire shop open that late in Cincinnati! Plus it’s a good tire at a great price. And they were friendly and professional

I do not recommend this place at all. The customer service was very poor, and the staff treated me with disrespect. I came here to get my car repaired, expecting professional service, but instead I had a very disappointing experience.

Wish I could give zero stars. They installed the wrong sized tires and refused to correct it. My car is newer so I haven’t had any issues, after leaving them I had to take my car to a mechanic. Them installing the wrong size tires could have damaged my transmission and it did cause issues with my wheel sensors. They’re very negligent. How do you install 3 wrong sized tires?

Man this is literally the WORST tire shop I've ever been to. I called ahead of time to get the price of 2 used tires as I was making my way to TX. They quoted me one price and said they had the tires for me. It was already late so they were one of my only options. I got there they took the wheels off of my vehicle and proceeded to a separate room where I couldn't see them to dismount the old tire and mount the used one *red flag one... They put the wheels back on and tell me where to go to make my payment. As I get in the office to make payment the guy tries to upcharge me from what he told me over the phone *red flag 2.. I told him that I had called a while ago and he told me a completely different price he kind of smirked pretended like he forgot and gave me the price that he had initially quoted me. I drive off and get back to the freeway. From the moment I hit the smooth freeway roads my vehicle begins shaking violently like I've never experienced before (vehicle was driving perfectly smooth prior to replacing tires). I Immediately call the shop and let them know that something was seriously wrong. I had someone riding with me nd I told them I bet you they were gonna say someth
